This is an homage, or a piece of fan art if you like. I never consciously reference other illustrator’s work, but when I saw a version of this famous cereal crunching tiger on Instagram, illustrated by Martin Provensen for an early ad campaign, I decided to do my own version. I am definitely not mentioning any brand names though.
